Several months ago SF announced that the 2012 zombie film THE BATTERY would be coming out this Fall and now they can officially report a few confirmed details about it:
- Release date is 9/16.
- There will be a separate DVD and Blu-ray releases. Slipcovers planned on both.
- Artwork is reversible. The newly-created illustrated version (from artist "Kung Fu" Bob O'Brien) is one side and the original theatrical poster is on the other.
- No details on extras yet, but, they are planning them.
This dark comedy received rave reviews from many reputable horror outlets and fans last year and they are thrilled to be giving this fun ride and a shot at even more exposure. Stay tuned for more details in later on in their "Summer of Fear".
